Potions of regeneration have been taken out the pack entirely.The golden apple recipe now requires Vault Apples, meaning golden apples can no longer be crafted at the start of the game (But they can still be found in chests).Vault Dwellers (Similar to vault fighters but have the ability to throw bricks at players who are pillared up next to them on hard vault difficulty).Slimes (When killed they make a poison cloud).Cave Spiders (When hit the player gets poisoned).Strays (Has a chance to hold a bow/sword).Skeletons (Has a chance to hold a bow/sword).All mobs inside vault (Except elite mobs and vault bosses/Vault Guardians):.There is a game rule to enable waypoints in vaults. ![]() ![]() While inside the vault, the player is affected with debuffs that make it impossible to use waypoints and the map.However it also can have more than one spawner and are usually considered harder than regular POIs. Dungeons are a speical type of POI that has a lot of chests/ores/coins depending on its type.All spawners that are not ambush/fissile spawners need to be broken with a vault pickaxe as the vanilla pickaxes will not work. Only dungeon spawners are the normal kind that need to be broken. Ambush/Fissile spawners spawn many mobs very fast but break automatically after a few waves depending on level. All spawners inside the vault are ambush/fissile spawners.Basically POIs will have either ores/chests/coins at them along side a spawner. All loot in the vault is now made to be in POIs, points of interest.Vault Burgers now give a set amount of vault experience rather than a percentage, they also come in 8 different sizes that each give more vault experience than the last.Killing an elite will grant the player a significant amount of vault experience. They have significantly more health and damage than other mobs and spawn with other mobs of the same type next to them. There is a small chance that elite mobs will spawn while in the Vault.Vault experience is now based on the things the player did in the vault rather than time spent in the vault (Opening chests, killing mobs, mining ores, opening treasure rooms, completing the objective).There are coin piles that can come in different sizes (The larger the size the more coins), they drop coins when broken (Behave like turtle eggs or sea pickles, but can stack to more than 4).All vault mobs spawn from visible spawners (Unless the Wild modifier is present). Mobs no longer spawn randomly inside the Vault.All vault layouts (Square, Circle, Diamond) can appear starting at level 0.Challenge Rooms (Focuses on one looting area, however has many mobs).Common Rooms (Regular rooms that can contain ores, coin piles, all chests, alters, treasure rooms, compressed blocks, ect.).Altar (From completing altars) - Removed in Update 5.Ornate (These chests focus on vault gear materials, eg.star essence, skill essence, burger parts, etc.) Living (These chests focus on levelling up, eg. ![]() ![]() vault diamonds, catalyst fragments, etc.)
